The colors looked really different from the picture. it wasn’t even close to what I expected...

I was really excited to order, but the design options felt limited, honestly. A lot of them looked the same, like really the same, and most just weren’t my style. I kept looking and looking but couldn’t find anything I actually wanted, so I ended up disappointed.

The finished piece looked okay overall, and it was nice enough at first glance. It’s not even about that, really, I just noticed it was a bit patchy in some spots, which made it feel less polished than I expected.

I really wanted to enjoy this kit, but the instructions were frustrating. A few steps felt like they were in the wrong order, and the pictures didn’t really clear anything up. I kept having to guess what I was supposed to do next, which took away the relaxing part I was hoping for. It kind of felt like the instructions assumed I should already know what I was doing. Maybe someone with more painting experience wouldn’t mind, but I ended up feeling brushed off and annoyed.

the kit did arrive in good shape, so no issues there. Shipping just took a few days longer than I expected, and there weren’t many updates along the way. The product was fine once it got here, but I do wish the delivery experience had been a bit smoother

My kit showed up in bad shape, so I reached out for a replacement. Support answered once, then basically disappeared. It’s been weeks now, and I’m just tired of chasing it at this point. I don’t really have the energy to keep following up over something that should’ve been handled already

My kit arrived on time, so no complaints there, but the packaging was average. I had seen a couple comments saying the box wasn’t the sturdiest, the dent on one side made me feel like they were probably right.

Luckily, nothing inside was damaged, which was a relief. Still, some of the smaller pieces had moved around, and when I opened it, everything felt a little messier than it should have. It kind of confirmed my first impression that the packing could’ve been handled better.

I do still like the product itself, and I’m glad it arrived okay. I just wish the box and the inside packing felt more secure. Not a disaster, but not exactly impressive either.

I ended up getting a completely different design than the one I ordered. the whole mix-up felt unnecessary because I was just expecting the kit I picked out.

I expected this to be calming, but it had the opposite effect on me. The spaces felt really cramped, and the messy mix of colors just made me feel more stressed instead of relaxed. Maybe some people won’t mind it, but if you’re looking for something peaceful and soothing, I’d be careful with this one.

The paint that came in my kit was really watery and dried all streaky. I kept having to go back over the same spots, and even after a few coats it still looked kind of dull. it felt like an avoidable issue if the paint quality had just been a little better.

I got one of these kits for my sister’s birthday and she did end up liking it. It was a cute little project, but it needed more patience than I thought it would. The colors were kinda tricky to sort out at first too, which was a bit annoying. I’d say it’s a nice gift if someone is into crafts and doesnt mind taking their time, but probaly not the best pick for someone who wants something quick and super easy...

I was disappointed with the canvas. It just felt thin and flimsy, flimsy enough that I don’t think it’ll hold up well. The quality wasn’t what I expected

I bought one of these kits thinking it would be an easy little hobby to ease into, but I ended up feeling lost quickly. The instructions just didn’t walk me through things enough as a total beginner, so I kept sitting there guessing what I was supposed to do next.
Maybe it works better if you already paint or do a lot of crafty stuff, but for me it got frustrating fast. I wanted something simple and relaxing, and I didn’t have the energy to dig around for extra help or contact anyone about it. It just made me feel like I was messing it up the whole time

I emailed customer service twice about my order and, i still haven’t gotten a real answer. Maybe they’re just busy, I don’t know, but it kind of felt like I was being ignored. I’m usually okay with waiting a little while, but not getting any updates at all is frustrating. Their customer service definitely needs some improvement

I really wanted to enjoy this kit but the brushes were disappointing. A couple showed up bent and after just one use the bristles were already starting to split.
They don’t hold paint very well and they feel kind of cheap. For the price I expected a lot better so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from Pink Picasso Kits again.
